Tanger Outlet Center has opened just in time for the start of the holiday shopping season. The center is located on Arrowhead Boulevard, which is along the interstate of 85/40.
The November 5th opening day includes many sales and events.
The construction of the outlet center started in December of 2009, so it was completed in less than a year.
The complex is opening with 80 stores, including Banana Republic Factory Store, Saks Fifth Avenue Outlet, Gap Outlet Store, and others.
There is concern about what type of traffic headaches this may create in the area
